Dividend information
Arseus adopts a progressive dividend policy that takes into account the profitability of the business and any underlying growth, as well as its capital requirements and cash flows, while maintaining sufficient liquidity for pursuing its buy-and-build strategy. Accordingly, Arseus expects to reinvest the majority of its free cash flow in the next few years and to pay out a relatively low, steadily increasing level of dividends to its shareholders (see also prospectus 11 September 2007, page 39).
The AGM of 13 May 2008 has decided to pay-out a gross dividend of € 0.06 per share (€ 0.045 net). The AGM of 11 May 2009 has decided to pay-out a gross dividend of € 0.30 per share (€ 0.225 net).
A gross dividend of € 0.36 per share will be proposed to the annual general meeting of shareholders. This represents an increase of 20% compared to € 0.30 per share in 2008. On the basis of the 2009 closing price, the gross dividend yield amounted to 4.5%.

Article 11 of the articles of association of the company specifies
