Dividend information
Arseus adopts a progressive dividend policy that takes into account the profitability of the business and any underlying growth, as well as its capital requirements and cash flows, while maintaining sufficient liquidity for pursuing its buy-and-build strategy. Accordingly, Arseus expects to reinvest the majority of its free cash flow in the next few years and to pay out a relatively low, steadily increasing level of dividends to its shareholders (see also prospectus 11 September 2007, page 39).
A gross dividend of € 0.06 per share (€ 0.045 net) was paid out over 2007. A gross dividend of € 0.30 per share (€ 0.225 net) was paid out over 2008. A gross dividend of € 0.36 per share (€ 0.27 net) was paid out over 2009. At the annual general meeting of 9 May 2011, the shareholders decided to pay-out a gross dividend of € 0.44 per share over 2010. This represents an increase of 22% compared to € 0.36 per share in 2009. On the basis of the 2010 closing price, the gross dividend yield amounted to 3.9%.

Article 11 of the articles of association of the company specifies
